Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360), a company born from the merger of US Integrity and Odds On Compliance, has secured an agreement with the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). This deal grants ACC members access to IC360's advanced monitoring technology and data analytics. Additionally, ACC members can opt-in for IC360's educational services and utilize the ProhiBet platform.
Matthew Holt, CEO and co-founder of IC360, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership: "We are excited to collaborate with the Atlantic Coast Conference. Their dedication to maintaining the integrity of their competitions aligns perfectly with our mission. We aim to enhance their protections by offering the best integrity monitoring solution globally, alongside our tailored educational programs and cutting-edge technology like ProhiBet. Such collaborations are vital to ensuring fair and safe environments for student-athletes nationwide."
ACC Commissioner Jim Phillips emphasized the importance of this collaboration: "Partnering with Integrity Compliance 360 is crucial for the ACC as we continue to prioritize the integrity and spirit of college athletics. This partnership provides our member schools with state-of-the-art technology to monitor and uphold the fairest and safest environments for student-athletes across the country."
In April, the merger of US Integrity and Odds On Compliance was finalized, resulting in the creation of Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360). The new entity combines the strengths and expertise of both companies, offering a comprehensive suite of services that includes integrity monitoring, compliance advisory, and education. IC360’s offerings feature established tools such as the Integrity Monitoring dashboard, the PlayBookAI repository of sports betting laws and regulations, and the ProhiBet platform.
